BagEvent started in 2015 as 百格活动 (bǎi gé huó dòng), a widely used event management platform in China. After a decade of powering 50,000+ events and serving 5M+ attendees, we rebuilt the platform from scratch for international teams running professional conferences and corporate programmes.

BagEvent is event registration and check-in software for conferences, corporate events and trade shows. Organisers use it to publish an event site, sell tickets and take payments into their own Stripe or PayPal account, and check people in on site, with 0% platform fee on ticket sales.
