All prices are in US dollars, and subscriptions are charged in US dollars only. Prices exclude applicable taxes where these are required. bagevent subscriptions are sold to businesses and organizations, not to consumers.
Subscription, not a cut of the door
A platform that charges per registrant costs more as the event grows. A subscription does not. Put your own numbers in — the registrations you expect in a year, and the per-registrant fee on the quote you are holding.
What a year costs, at your numbers
We do not publish anyone else's prices — put in the number from the quote in front of you. Card processing fees are separate on either side; they go to your payment provider, not to us.

When bagevent is the wrong tool
- You want a marketplace to bring attendees to you. We sell software to organisers — nobody browses bagevent looking for something to do on Saturday.
- Your events are free, with no payments, no approvals, and no check-in. A form and a spreadsheet will do the job.
- You run one event a year on general sale, and at your volume a per-ticket fee costs less than a subscription. Run the arithmetic before you choose.
If those describe you, buy something simpler. If registrations and payments have to land in your own account, and the door has to keep moving when the venue Wi-Fi does not, you are in the right place. Is bagevent worth it for a serious conference team? →
Email credits
System emails — confirmations, tickets, reminders — are unlimited on every plan. Marketing emails for campaigns and invitations use credits you buy in packs.
Frequently asked questions
Most tools price one of two ways: a percentage or flat fee on every ticket sold, or a subscription. bagevent is a subscription — Pro $99/mo billed annually ($129 month to month), Business $479/mo billed annually ($599 month to month), Enterprise on request — and takes 0% of ticket sales on every plan, because the money goes to your own Stripe account rather than through ours. Card processing fees still go to your payment provider.
Yes when registration, programme, door, and settlement have to share one stack—with ticket money in your own Stripe account and offline-capable check-in—at published Pro/Business prices and 0% platform fee. No when you need a consumer marketplace, a free event with no door, or enterprise venue sourcing as the primary buy.
When bagevent is worth it →Full Pro features for 14 days — create events, sell tickets, run check-in, and pull reports. The 14 days begin when you create your first event, not when you sign up. No credit card required to start. Payment collection is live, so real ticket revenue still settles to you, within fair use: up to 50 paid registrations and $500 in total.
Yes. Our demo event at summit.bagevent.io is open to anyone: register as an attendee, with no account, and you get the real confirmation email, e-ticket and attendee hub. It shows the attendee side. To see the organiser side, start the free trial or book a demo.
Open the demo event →Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrade or cancel applies at the end of your billing period — your events stay live until then, and your data stays exportable.
Pro covers 5 new events a month and 1,000 attendees per event; Business has no event limit and 10,000 attendees per event. When an event reaches 80% of its attendee limit, the organization's owners and admins get an email. At the limit, new registrations for that event are turned away and they get a second email; everyone already registered keeps their place. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the difference prorated, so registration reopens as soon as you move up. The event limit counts new main events created in the calendar month (UTC); cancelled events and sample copies do not count, and events you already have keep running.
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, on every plan. Subscriptions are charged in US dollars only. Enterprise agreements, including how they are invoiced, are arranged with our team.
No percentage of ticket sales. bagevent charges 0% platform fee on every plan: ticket revenue settles directly into your own Stripe account, and the only deduction is your payment provider's standard processing fee. Beyond the subscription, the only other thing you buy is prepaid marketing email credits, if you send campaigns.
The organizer decides, not bagevent. Ticket money lands in the organizer's own Stripe account, so an approved refund is issued from the order page back to the original payment method. bagevent never holds ticket funds and cannot refund a ticket on an organizer's behalf. Subscription fees and marketing email credits follow a separate policy.
Refund policy →You connect your own Stripe account, and attendees pay through Stripe Checkout on that account: cards, plus other payment methods you have turned on in Stripe, where Stripe supports them for the currency and your country. Stripe is the only payment provider today; more payment methods are planned. bagevent takes 0% of ticket revenue.
Not today. People sign in with email and password, a one-time code sent by email, or their Google account, each person can add two-step verification with an authenticator app, and team members act within the roles you give them.
Email support on every plan, priority support on Business and Enterprise, and a dedicated customer success manager on Enterprise. We do not offer an uptime SLA.
Contact us →For attendee data the organizer is the controller and bagevent is the processor. Organizers can export an attendee's data and action an erasure request from the attendee record, ticket QR codes carry only an opaque token, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request. bagevent holds no GDPR certification and claims none.
Security and data protection →Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes where these are required.
Nothing is deleted when a trial or a subscription ends. Your events and registrations are kept and stay exportable; editing and paid ticket sales pause until you choose a plan. Pick one whenever you're ready and everything resumes where you left off. Data is deleted only when you ask for it.
