One account, three roles
The app reads the roles each event gave you. Run one show, exhibit at another, and attend a third — the same sign-in covers all three, and switching changes the tabs rather than which event you are looking at. People with a single role never see a switcher at all.
At the door: scan, admit, badge
Point the camera at a ticket and the result names the person. Scans, search, and check-in run against the copy of the list on the phone, so a venue network that drops does not stop the queue; anything scanned offline uploads on its own and duplicates are raised as conflicts you decide on rather than resolved silently. A badge can be queued at check-in and sent to a printer on the same network.
At the stand: every visitor becomes a lead
Stand staff scan a badge, rate the visitor one to five, add tags and a note, and answer the stand's own questions. Visitors scan the stand's code to record a visit; turn on the rotating code and a photographed poster earns nothing. Offline scans upload by themselves, and the stand's home screen shows what was collected today, how many people are at the stand right now, and where the leads came from.
Run the floor from your phone
Stands ask a question with a time limit and watch the answers arrive, run a chance, giveaway, or scheduled draw with prizes and win rates, and push either one to a screen paired to the stand. Stand admins edit the listing visitors read and invite colleagues into the seats they were sold.
For attendees: the badge, and who to meet
The badge works without a signal, and a contact card is a code someone can scan to swap details. Suggestions say why each person is worth meeting, meetings are proposed against free slots and can be moved or declined, and nobody is listed until they choose to be — hiding is two-way.
Everything on the floor, in one feed
The attendee home screen puts what needs an answer first — a connection request, a meeting about to start, a poll closing, a prize to collect — and drops each one once it is handled. Sessions can be starred, questions upvoted, stamps collected, and the event ends with a recap card worth sharing.

Frequently asked questions
One. The roles come from the events your account belongs to: organizer, exhibitor, or attendee. Somebody who both runs a show and exhibits at another switches between them inside the app, and anyone with a single role sees only that one.
Exhibitor staff are invited by email and sign in with an ordinary account. Attendees get in with the ticket they already hold. On-site helpers who only scan at the door need no account at all — they join a device with a short code the organizer approves.
Door check-in and search across the downloaded list, stand scanning, and an attendee's badge. Anything captured offline is kept on the phone with the time it happened and uploads when the connection returns; nothing is dropped quietly.
Only what the attendee agreed to share. Without that, the stand sees that a visit happened and that the identity was withheld, plus whatever the visitor answered at the stand's own questions.
Yes. Attendees are not listed until they switch it on, email and phone are shared only when a request is accepted, and anyone who stays hidden cannot browse other attendees either. The account can be deleted from inside the app.
Screens take the colour set for the event, so an attendee opening it sees your brand rather than ours.
