EXHIBITORS & LEADS
Exhibitor management and lead capture for your event
Key features
Stand staff you invite
Invite each exhibitor's contact by email, or import exhibitors and booths from a spreadsheet. Stand admins add and remove their own colleagues within the seats you set, and every stand only ever sees its own data.
Badge scanning that works offline
Reps scan attendee badges in the BagEvent app. Without a signal, scans stay on the phone and upload later with their original time, and a scan sent twice never becomes two leads.
The stand's own questions
Each exhibitor sets up to five questions of its own, as free text or a choice, that reps answer after a scan — alongside a 0–5 rating, tags, and a note.
Consent decides what a stand sees
Attendees choose whether exhibitors may see their details. Without that, the stand sees that a visit happened but not who it was; with it, only the fields they agreed to share.
Exports under your control
Stand admins download leads as CSV when you allow exports for that exhibitor. Only rows whose owners consented to export are included, so the file can hold fewer rows than the screen.
Polls, draws, and a stand screen
Stands run their own polls and prize draws for people who visited them. Any browser on a TV becomes the stand's screen by entering a six-digit pairing code, and shows only that stand's content.
How it works
- 1
Add exhibitors and booths
Import companies and booths, or add them by hand, then set staff seats and whether leads can be exported.
- 2
Scan at the stand
Reps scan a badge, answer the stand's questions, and rate the lead — with or without a signal.
- 3
Export consented leads
Stand admins download a CSV that holds only the leads attendees agreed to share.
Frequently asked questions
No. Stand staff accept an email invitation and sign in to BagEvent with an ordinary account, then work the stand from the web workspace and the mobile app. A staff member can work every stand their company has at your events.
Yes. When the network fails, BagEvent keeps each scan on the phone with the time it happened and uploads it once the connection is back. A scan that arrives twice is stored once.
Only what the attendee agreed to share. Name, company, and job title, contact details, and answers are separate permissions. If an attendee shared nothing, the stand sees that a visit was recorded and that the identity was withheld.
Yes, when three things hold: the person exporting is a stand admin, you allowed exports for that exhibitor, and the attendee consented to export. The CSV includes the rating, tags, note, and the stand's question answers.
Every booth has a fixed poster code and a live code that changes every 90 seconds. A stand can require the live code, so a visit only counts when someone scans at the booth rather than from a forwarded picture.
Yes. Stands create instant-win, giveaway, or scheduled draws with prize stock, open to people who visited the stand. Entering creates a lead for that stand, winners get a redemption code, and a stand poll can enter every voter into its draw.
