Your e-ticket

After you register (and pay, for paid tickets), BagEvent gives you an e-ticket with a check-in code you show at the door. This page explains where to find it, what it looks like, and how to get it again if you lose the email.

Where to find your e-ticket

You can reach your e-ticket in two ways:

  1. Your confirmation email. When your registration is confirmed, BagEvent emails a confirmation with your e-ticket to the address you registered with. Open it to view or download your ticket.
  2. The personal center. The confirmation email and confirmation page both link to your event's personal center, where your tickets live. You can open it any time — see Opening the personal center below.

If you registered several people in one order, each attendee gets their own e-ticket, and you can flip between them.

TIP

Can't find the confirmation email? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, open the personal center with the email you registered with (see below) to view and download your tickets there.

What your e-ticket looks like

Your e-ticket shows the essentials for getting in:

  • The event name, date, time, and location.
  • The ticket type and the attendee's name.
  • A large QR code (barcode) used to check you in.
  • The order number and a status badge — Confirmed, or Payment pending if a paid order hasn't been paid yet.

Depending on the organizer's settings, it may also show the company, job title, or amount paid, and offer buttons to download a PDF, print, add to calendar, or share.

WARNING

For a paid ticket, the check-in QR code only appears once your payment is received. If your ticket says "Payment pending," complete payment first — see Buying a ticket. Until then there's nothing to scan at the door.

Using it at check-in

At the event, staff scan the QR code on your e-ticket to check you in. You can show it:

  • on your phone — open the e-ticket from your confirmation email or the personal center and hold up the QR code; or
  • as a printed copy or PDF — download the PDF ahead of time and print it or save it offline.

Each attendee has their own code, so if you're bringing others, make sure each person has their own e-ticket ready.

TIP

Venue Wi-Fi and mobile signal can be unreliable. Downloading the PDF (or taking a screenshot) beforehand means your ticket is ready even with no connection.

Opening the personal center

The personal center is where you view tickets, download PDFs, update attendee details, and — where the organizer allows it — request refunds or transfer tickets.

  1. Open the personal center link from your confirmation email, or add /me to the event's web address.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with.
  3. Choose Send code, then enter the one-time code BagEvent emails you. (You can also add your order number, or use Continue with Google if you registered with a Google address.)
  4. You're in — your order and e-tickets are shown, along with the actions your organizer has enabled.

There's no password to remember; access is confirmed with the emailed one-time code each time.

Resending or re-downloading your e-ticket

Your e-ticket isn't lost if you delete the email — it's always available in the personal center:

  1. Open the personal center as described above.
  2. View your e-ticket on screen, or choose Download PDF to save it again.

If you can't access the personal center — for example, you're no longer sure which email you used — contact the organizer through the event page. Organizers can look up your order and resend your e-ticket.
