Reports

Reports shows how all of your organization's events are doing, side by side: registrations, revenue, check-in and where registrations came from. Open Reports under Resources in the left navigation. You need the Dashboard & reports permission.

For one event at a time, the event's Event home shows its own registrations, net revenue, check-ins, orders, ticket types and recent orders. To get the underlying records — attendees, orders and so on — use the exports described in Exporting data.

Choose a period

Use Date range at the top: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days or This month. Most figures are compared with the period before, for example "▲ 12% vs prev last 30 days". The report always covers every event in the organization.

Currency

Amounts are shown in one currency: the one most of your events use. If your events use several currencies, the header says so, and revenue figures count only orders in that main currency — there's no currency conversion.

How the numbers are counted

  • Registrations are active attendees on confirmed orders created in the period. Pending, rejected and refunded registrations aren't counted.
  • Revenue is what was paid, less refunds, on paid orders.
  • Fees in the revenue breakdown aren't filled in: BagEvent takes no fee on ticket sales, and Stripe's processing fees are in your Stripe dashboard.

A breakdown by attendee country isn't available.

Export a report

Export downloads the tab you're looking at as a CSV file: its headline figures, then each of its tables, for the date range you chose. The file opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
