Sponsors

Sponsors appear on your event website as a logo wall, grouped by tier. You can also give a sponsor a set of tickets that comes with their package. Open the event, then Sponsors under Content. You need the Sponsors & Exhibitors permission.

Exhibitors — companies with a stand, booth staff and lead capture — are managed separately under On-site → Exhibitors. See Exhibitors & booths.

Add a sponsor

Choose Add sponsor and fill in:

  • Name (required).
  • Tier — any text, such as Platinum, Gold, Silver or Partner.
  • Website — the sponsor's logo links here.
  • Logo — PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB.
  • Description — for your own reference.

Save to organization library for reuse on other events is ticked by default, so the profile can be linked to other events later. If you untick it, the sponsor exists only on this event and is removed completely when you unlink it.

Reuse sponsors from your library

From library links a profile you've already saved. Pick the Profile and, optionally, a Tier override for this event — for example, a sponsor who is Gold this year.

The library itself is Sponsors & exhibitors under Resources in the left navigation (it holds sponsor profiles). + Add profile adds one; Edit changes a profile everywhere it's linked.

Change or remove a sponsor

A sponsor on an event can't be edited from the event's Sponsors page:

  • To change the logo, name or website, edit the profile under Resources → Sponsors & exhibitors. The change shows on every event that links it.
  • To change the tier for one event, Unlink the sponsor and add it again with a new tier override.

Unlink removes the sponsor from this event. A library profile stays in the library.

On your event website

Add the Sponsors section in the website builder (see Event website). The default Tiered logos layout groups logos by tier — Platinum, Gold, Silver, Knowledge partner, Bronze and Partner come in that order, and sponsors with no tier show as Partner. Other layouts show a single logo grid or a scrolling strip. Each logo links to the sponsor's website.

Sponsors appear once the event is published.

Ticket allocations

Many sponsor packages include tickets. Under Ticket allocations on the same page, choose Allocate tickets:

  1. Sponsor — pick a linked sponsor or type any name.
  2. Tier — optional.
  3. Ticket — the ticket they get. It must not be a public ticket: set the ticket to Hidden or Invite only first, so only the sponsor's people can use it.
  4. Quota — how many of that ticket the package includes.
  5. Select Allocate.

Each allocation has one link. Copy it and send it to the sponsor to hand to their people; each registration through it counts down the quota, shown as Used / quota. The ticket keeps its own price — an allocation unlocks the ticket, it doesn't discount it — so for complimentary passes, allocate a free ticket.

Quota changes the number (never below what's already used), and Pause / Resume stops or restarts the link. Managing allocations needs the Discount codes permission.
