Contact support

Most questions have a quick answer here. This page shows where to look first, and — when you need a person — who to contact for what.

Help resources

Before reaching out, try these:

Who to contact

BagEvent is the platform events run on, but each event is run by its own organizer. That split decides who can help you:

  • The organizer controls everything about their event.
  • BagEvent looks after the platform itself.

Contact the event organizer

Reach out to the organizer for anything specific to an event. They set the rules and are the only ones who can act on these:

  • Refunds and cancellations — eligibility, approvals, and status (see Refunds & cancellations).
  • Entry and check-in — questions about getting in on the day.
  • Registration details — fixing or changing your answers, ticket types, approval status, or resending your e-ticket.
  • Event content — schedule, location, or what's included.

How to reach them: use the contact details on the event page, or reply to the confirmation email you received when you registered. Your event's personal center is also where you manage your own tickets.

Contact BagEvent

Reach out to BagEvent for problems with the platform itself, rather than a specific event's rules — for example:

  • The site isn't loading or a page is behaving unexpectedly.
  • Something looks broken during registration or checkout that isn't an organizer setting.
  • Account or security concerns.

You can reach the BagEvent team at [email protected].

TIP

When you contact either the organizer or BagEvent, include your order number and the event name. It's the fastest way for anyone to find your registration and help.

WARNING

For your security, never share your password, full card number, or any one-time verification code in an email or message — no organizer or BagEvent staff member will ask you for them.
