Getting started at your stand
When an organizer runs an event on BagEvent, each exhibitor gets a stand workspace. In it you scan visitors, work your leads, and run your own polls and prize draws. This page gets you from the invitation email to a stand that is ready to scan.
You do not need a separate exhibitor login. Any BagEvent account works.
Accept the invitation
- Open the link in the invitation email from the organizer.
- Sign in, or create a BagEvent account with any email address.
- You see You are in. This account can now run the stand. and a list of Your stands. Choose Open.
Each invitation link works once. If it says it has already been used, ask the organizer to invite you again — a new invitation replaces the old link.
You belong to your company, not to a single booth. If your company has several stands with the same organizer, you can work all of them.
Find your stand later
On the web, open All my events. When your account takes part in someone else's event, a switch appears: Hosting and Taking part. Choose Taking part, then the Exhibiting tab, then My stand on the event.
In the BagEvent app for iOS and Android:
- Go to Me, then How you are using the app.
- In Use the app as, choose Exhibiting.
- Under Which stand, pick the stand you are working.
The app then shows four tabs: Stand, Engage, Leads, and Me.

Save needs a stand admin. The Company name is set by the organizer; ask them if it is wrong.
Website, Logo, and About you belong to your company and carry over to every event you exhibit at with this organizer. The other fields are for this event only.
In the app, the same fields are under Stand → Stand details.
Add your colleagues
Go to Your stand → Your people. The header shows how many of the organizer's seats are used.
- Invite someone.
- Enter their Email and, optionally, their Name.
- Tick Make them a manager if they should be able to manage the team and the stand details.
- Send invitation. If the email cannot be sent, copy the link shown and send it yourself.
In the table, Make a rep / Make a manager changes someone's role, and Remove takes their access away straight away. Leads they captured stay on your list.
You cannot change or remove your own access. When every seat is taken, Invite someone is disabled — ask the organizer for more seats.
In the app: Stand → Booth staff → Invite a colleague.
